24-Hour AC Repair Across Mesquite and East Dallas
An after-hours call comes down to three questions. Who is actually open right now, how fast can they get here, and what does calling at midnight cost me that calling in the morning wouldn't. We answer all three on the phone, before you commit to anything.
Climatech runs out of Mesquite, where I-635, I-30 and US-80 meet, so Garland, Balch Springs, Sunnyvale, Rowlett and the east side of Dallas are minutes away rather than a cross-town drive. That's what makes 24-hour response an honest promise instead of a slogan.
What an after-hours call gets you:
- The owner on the line, any hour, Monday through Saturday
- An honest read on timing before you hang up
- A price you approve before any work starts
- A truck stocked with the parts that fail most
Call (469) 769-2812 now. Nights and Saturdays, the line is live.

Someone Actually Answers at 2am
Most companies advertising 24-hour AC repair route you to an answering service in another state. You leave a name. Someone calls back in the morning.
Our line rings to the person responsible for the work, who can see the schedule and send the truck. Ask when we can be there and you get an honest answer about where you land, not a window invented to keep you from calling someone else.

Priced Before It Starts, Even After Dark
After-hours pricing is where homeowners get taken, because at 11pm nobody is comparison shopping. Our rule doesn't change with the clock: the repair is quoted and you approve it before a wrench moves, at midnight the same as at midday.
The number you approve is the number on the invoice. If the honest answer is that the fix can safely wait for daylight, we'll tell you that too.

What To Do While You Wait
None of this replaces the repair. It can stop a small failure turning into a bigger one, and sometimes it gets air moving again before we arrive.
- Iced-over coil or copper line: shut the system off at the breaker and let it thaw. Running a frozen system is how compressors die.
- Don't drop the thermostat to 60. It won't cool any faster, and the extra runtime is exactly what freezes a coil.
- Pull the filter and hold it up to a light. If you can't see through it, that can be the whole problem.
- Check the breakers for the condenser and the air handler, and look at the float switch on the drain pan. A full pan shuts the system down on purpose.
- Close the blinds on the sun side and leave the ceiling fans running so the house keeps the cool it still has.
What the visit involves
- 01
You Call, We Pick Up
The owner answers, day or night, Monday through Saturday, and can dispatch from that same call. Tell us what the system is doing.
- 02
We Roll
We're based in Mesquite, so the east side of the metro is a short run, not a crawl across the metroplex.
- 03
We Find It, Then Price It
Refrigerant, electrical, airflow and drainage, checked until we have the actual cause instead of a guess. You see the number and approve it before we start.
- 04
We Fix It Tonight If We Can
The truck carries the parts that fail most, so repairs finish the same visit where parts allow. We stay until the house is dropping.

Asked every week
If yours isn't here, call and ask. We'd rather answer it now than have you guess.
Ask Us DirectlyAre you actually open right now?
The line runs 24 hours a day, Monday through Saturday, and it rings to the owner rather than an answering service. Call and you'll get a straight answer on timing while you're still on the phone.
Is it cheaper to wait until morning?
The price is agreed before the work starts whenever you call, so waiting doesn't buy you a better number. What waiting can do is make the repair bigger: a frozen coil left running, or a backed-up drain pan dripping into a ceiling.
Is this really an emergency, or can it wait?
Call now if you smell burning or hear grinding, if water is coming through a ceiling, if a breaker keeps tripping, or if there's an infant, an elderly resident or a pet in a house that's climbing. Warm air with everyone sleeping fine can wait for first thing, and we'll tell you so.
Should I leave the system running until you arrive?
If the coil or the line set is iced over, no. Kill it at the breaker and let it thaw. Otherwise you can leave the fan on to keep air moving, but shut it down if you smell anything burning or hear the compressor trying to start over and over.
What if it turns out the system needs replacing?
We're not selling you a system at 1am. We'll get you cooling however we can tonight and quote the replacement in daylight, when you can actually read it. Financing is available on approved credit, and the quote comes in writing with the options spelled out.
